Information

A Grant of Letters of Administration is a formal legal document issued by the Singapore Family Justice Courts. It is crucial for individuals overseeing a deceased loved one’s assets when there is no Will. Required by banks, financial institutions, and/or HDB, this document authorises the designated Administrator to administer the deceased’s assets as per Singapore’s Intestate Succession Act.
If the deceased has a Will, you will need a Grant of Probate instead.
