Information

A Grant of Probate is a formal legal document issued by the Singapore Family Justice Courts. It is crucial for individuals overseeing a deceased loved one’s assets when there is a Will. Required by banks, financial institutions, and/or HDB, this document authorises the designated Executor to administer the deceased’s assets as per their Will.
If the deceased does not have a Will, you will need a Grant of Letters of Administration instead.
