Flat fee: SGD 300. This includes fees for disbursements.

The scope of work provided for a simple Will is as follows:

1. Drafting of Will;

2. Up to two executors;

3. Up to 10 beneficiaries;

4. One simple trust for beneficiaries under the age of 21 years;

5. Provision of 2 independent witnesses;

6. One original wet signature Will — We can provide up to three (3) certified true copies at no additional charge.

As a matter of good practice, we do not draft Wills on the spot.
